We have hours and hours of discussion on what's next? We developed couple models and although we kinda has some feelings about which one will be our "propose" model, we were surprised that we were so inline with the rest of the groups.
However, i have to consciously told myself detach from who i am and focusing on what's my role... whatever my team proposed now, will shape things differently, i should really start to look for a new job...haha... its scary when you know what might be the outcome and how things should work -- the right thing to do... JJ drops by today and we presented, we had conversations and kinda feel what he thinks.... we are aligned.
Whatever happens, needs to happen. If you feel change is too frequent, i bet you have yet to hit by the real wave that yet to come... it will hit us soon enough. :) Every change is an opportunity :)
