Finally, its ended in a fashion i believe will bring some messages for each of us to internalize for the new few weeks.
However, it also create more work to follow up for the next few weeks if not next few months...

What is a leader? To me, it is - A person who is capable and willing to communicate, influence and create opportunities for others to pursue their destiny :)
