I am now on the plane across Atlantic ocean... lights is off as is 12 midnight based on Eastern time... we just have a great meal, starts with Ceasar salad with prawns, ordered Chili braised chicken with thai sauce as main course, a french red wine, an apple, and ends with a Hagen daze cholate ice-cream (one small tub by itself)... i skipped the coffee as i am full.
Not bad for a biz class.... no wonder need to paid so much, every meal we have 4 choices with free flow of liqour and wine (not sure how much, but i drank 4 small glass earlier)... haha
Wonder what will be in First Class...? Jacuzzi? Hot Bath with towels? Massage? ... hmm...
They have the wireless on this plane, wonder why they dont have it on the direct flights..., free 30 mins promotion for now by Connexion with Boeing/SIA. i got one from my way here and now 1 more card on my way back. will use the card wisely or else have to paid US 29.95 per flight.
I didn't get to go Central Park, miss that as i have to help my bro move apt and the next day bought a new desktop for my dad as he wants one for himself... didnt remember i bought anything for him for the past few years... so end up spending couple hundred on a eMachine and a Samsung 17" LCD, and the rest of the afternoon setup the computer for him...
One great thing was I phoned one of my old university-mates in Toronto, she is still 'alive' and 'kickin' , haha. I am glad she is doing well and kept herself busy. I wish her all well and a properous life ahead :) I am glad we chat today, Irene :) Its been 8 full years we have not seen each other, i miss the rest as well...Matt, Jo, Aaron, MK and YC. Bahija got a durian runtuh 2 yrs ago - free upgraded to First Class - aiyuh....i was super kampung ulu girl. Firstly, shocked when stewarders passed me Shanghai Tang's pyjamas and sliper. Food excellent, sometimes I didn't know how to eat those food especially cheeses - too many types. Ada table setting customized with my name too, slept with comforter ..super duper comfortable and rested well, can sleep well, it's truly luxury on First class. BUT it is way too too too expansive wor .... now, economy is the reality - biz class is the one I would love to have :)
