Seeing themselves as key contributors for doing documentation work, attending meetings and some indicators are quite "impressive". Claiming victories in these kind of work were even 'amazing'.
While i dont agree to mass move to the new location for whatever reason, i feel the people here are contributing to it and need to take part of the blame (if they ever blame why jobs are moving to the cheaper location).
If i working in here, i will probably in the top quartile every year. We need to raise the bar for these people.
I learnt that talk is more important than work, at times, i think, the people who talk will past the work to the people who dont talk. It's a strange culture probably cultivate by the work always push out to us or other region, hence, what they here is just talk. They will be very incompetent if the folks here keep growing people with such talk calibre and forget about real hard work...
