Today is my 8th day on the job... how do i describe it?
Exciting... as the environment is challenging and my team is giving me issues every single day...LOL
Challenging... as the MD is very demanding yet visionary, he has tonnes of good ideas but apparently always my team failed to deliver it in the past.... pressure...LOL
Learning... my director is a very sensible person, young and technically strong. He has good observation skills... plenty to learn from him and the MD...
Disappointing... one of my guy yesterday tender his resignation, so leaving in June.
Fun... I need to hire 3 more developers, 1 app support engineer and now +1 more developers because someone is leaving... just now i was told i need to hire another QA.... going thru resumes are fun.... :P
Tough... it's difficult to manage a development team while you have zero experience.... luckily i have two tough and strong guys helps drives the team....
Anyway, post my office shots and my department's cubicle area here....

U'll be fine...starting point is always the hardest, once u suffered thru, the subsequent one, u'll breeze thru them :) .... joining small company allows u 'pou-kah-liuo' and i m sure u'll learn a lot :)
LOL, i do learn a lot, more than I expected... in fact found out that i am still 'below standard' if really work in business eventhough i thought i am ok in in-kei. So it is tougher out side especially in SME/B compare to MNC or factories :)
