I have 2 offers tabled and another one if the they decided to offer me by this week.
Chinese New Year will be a good time to have a peace of mind and look into each offers and make a call. I will let folks know by end of the month when i decided to move.
I am glad i got physical offers finally after one year if not longer of searching and interviews. One thing i know, it is hard to get a job out there unless you have either software developer skills or strong technical hardware knowledge (best if you have Network or Security) :)
Penang is also a dead scene for IT jobs. Luckily i do have one of the offers from Penang as it means less impact to my family.
I pretty determined i will leave in-kei unless some big role/cash offers come in... but LOL, that wont happen for next 2-3 yrs.
Guess i am leaving... close...very close... stay tune~

Great to hear that u have a few offer in hand :) Congratulation!!! I remember previously U did plan to bring ur wife and kids to USA to join your family there.. is that still the plan??
