Change My Mind

Couple things happen both work and personal that leads me to decide not to take the offer and wait for a little while... It's a tough decision

Had a frank and direct dialog with my boss about my career options, we 'sliced' up the department and do a hard assessment on what i really wanted to do isn't going to be available. But there are something that she will needs me to fight and push for this few weeks to fix this department which i agreed to help as our team sucks big time and our dept head is a big obama type keep taking change but never understand how.

another hard fact is picking up the current offer is just one of the choices and not the best offer just yet. One thing i was not willing to wait is because i am not sure how much she willing to risk on me, so we clear that up today and she will go all the way for me until i get the right/best offer which i really want to instead of just grab the best i can get now.

On Wed midnight got a called from Citibank. So maybe something will brew over there... a

I have another dilemma is whether i should change my car. The Honda is not going to have another shipment until April/May timeframe and I am stuck. What I most likely to do is to change another brand.... I like Persona (but my wife hates Proton)... so no Honda, what's left is either i get a more expensive car or i choose between Vios and Elantra... Maybe the new Toyota Rush... I dunno... have to go to car dealers again ... problem is when i sign up Honda last year they have a RM2k ang pow, so i pay less... now i am going to pay more :(
