Reorg happen in mid March that disrupt my preparation for lots of projects as the key stakeholders and direct manager were change as well. Apart of getting to know new colleagues, new manager and new stakeholder, my focus area has changed as well...
With Q1 close to an end and nothing solid being delivered, that's a quarter for performance review (next year) down to drain... need to work harder for the remaining 3 quarters...sigh
