Japan

With my parents coming back more frequently than they used to be as both of their beloved son are now in Asia, i am planning a trip to Japan during Fall as my first break as a father after 3 years.

Have been getting in touch with my friends (from PC online games) in Japan, they are very helpful and we may have a first get together for our game's guild. (A guild is like a small community with similar interest, in this case, it is one of the MMORPG online game i played with my wife about a fantasy world - Final Fantasy. It a very famous game especially those who have a Playstation)

Our first stop will very likely be Osaka as 25% of our guild members in Japan stay in Honshu (which include places like Osaka, Kyoto...etc). We plan to stay a night in traditional hotspring, at least two nights in Osaka, and probably visit our Sensei's hometown in Japan as well. Still working on the details.

But the trip will be expensive, probably spend the same amount as my honeymoon (that's like 5 years ago....(o.O)) so we will probably stay in some cheap run-down ryokan (small motel) or youth hostel and eat economical sushi/food. This will also be our 1st backpack trip, and hopefully with our dear son growing and start to behave and be independent, we have more opporturnity to travel around :)

Japan, ikimasyo~

hey hey , cheap kiasu tip - meal time , go to the supermarket grocery section, plenty of food to sample, some even kind enough to give out the whole portion - macam ni - sure makan kenyang :) ...and free - heeee ( disclaimer - i belum got a chance to do this yet lah :P) ENJOY

ふみよさん, especially around 8-9pm just before supermarket closes, they will sell all the bento set, sushi, unigiri etc with discounted prices. reason being they do not sell leftover food the next day.

私は日本を再度訪問したいと思います. いきましょ!!
