One of the hot topic discuss recently is the new Windows going to be release next year by MS called Vista (was formerly name Longhorn)...
Some of the photos shared in the internet, posted here... looks cool but what scary is the requirements to run it :P
There was many rumours and but in the technet webiste, MS recommends 64bit processor like AMD 64/Intel EM64T with *minimum* 512MB memory (recommend: 1GB or more), latest graphics cards support DirectX9.0 with PCI Express architecture, fast Harddisk (SATA) 
with 7200rpm (speed where the motor in the hard disk spinning) and 2MB cache (in the hard disk)... means
time to upgrade folks :P
