It has been full 1 year since i move to j-kei, life is getting slightly better and work is getting smoother. There's just a lot more to adapt into a new company culture and have to rediscover how the organization works and how it would like things to happen.
This year will be more challenging with upcoming reorg but its good as i will be more focus compare to last year with more permanent and clear portfolio. My duck biz is struggling so will close one shop soon and the other waiting for country master agent to decide on next step with our new proposal, its tough to do part time biz....
This year there will be itSMF event in KL on Oct 22, likely i will go and attend it to see see look look. Attended Singapore one last year, this year try to be cheap a bit, go KL enough :P hopefully they will not disappoint me.
Going to be year end... this year...where should i go vacation?
