Have been 3-4 months not updating my blog ... normally it means good :P

As economy downturn, i was given more work and plus issues with project which i have to change my lifestyle a little bit to make things happen.... then come this unexpected opportunity to get into franchise business...

Dela Duck, registered in Delaware US and currently i have partner with 3 other guys to open up two outlets in Penang. The first one is @ Perak Rd (after bomba if you come from town) and the second one will open tomorrow @ Macalister Rd. If you happen to feel like trying out duck, drop by and check it out :)

The outlet is designed for take-away, so there are no eat-in ...but we might change that... The duck is cooked with high-pressure fryer, so it does not taste like normal duck rice's duck or peking duck. Due to it's ingredient (marinated), it has strong fragrance.

As for work, with some hiring I am now able to live a more normal lifestyle and have more focus. Travelling next weekend to Italy to meet my boss before going to Florida, US to attent a strategy meeting that similar to LAP in in-kei. Out of 3 weeks and i will miss my family, but i welcome pasta and Applebee's

Work work... these few nights have to run around the new shops and attend night meetings @ home for j-kei ... it is tough but interesting :) .... z z z .... gotta sleep... good night~
