Life...Work

I almost forget that I got a blog for the last 2 months... one becoz my parents was back and second my boss was sick (so need to cover for him).

My boss is partially back but he still not 100%, there are operational things i need to cover for him and my project manager are still struggling with his baby... still have a bunch of cowboys waiting for directions on process improvements... hopefully when boss get better and my pm learns how to control his project better... i can free up to focus on my ops....

on top of that i have couple new folks in the team need to help them settle down... include folks that not part of my team but from the same dept. As the economy get worst, factories start to move to 3 days work, layoff news... all need to be manage to keep them motivated and focus on work.

lately i get a hourly maid to come clean up house weekly, big relief as i am lazy and my wife has more workload since the economy goes bad...

i am planning to hire but rethinking it again... try to relook into team's deliverables and maybe move/bin couple of deliverable so i can free up someone and remove the need to hire... calculating route.... (turn left in 3 mins ...to... Sunrise Blvd.... :P)
