When knowledge is tested/polished, it is just a theory.... the value of knowledge come from implementation and supportability (run it).
This is so common these days that people get ITIL certifications and then believe they can call out certain terms and definitions means they are ITIL-savvy. Unfortunately, ITIL is probably one of the methodology that certifications means something but not everything. As ITIL does not tell you how or what to do with it, it merely give you an ideal end-state.

What I see in J-kei's ITIL implementation is far from ideal, in fact, gaps are everywhere and gives me headaches and opportunities to improve it. The list is so long that I dont know how long I need to finish it all..... :(
But of course, this is the fun part ! Else, job will so boring and lifeless....
