When people start using "Let's Hope...." or "We Will" or "Things will start to shape..." in a discussion of a highly critical initiatives, it shows how 'slow' and 'comfortable' they are in their job.
It is disappointing that the culture has not changed while many people has gone down the drain partly because of that.
When will we start to think differently, do what is right even it means to piss off somebody? Or speed things up instead of waiting people to be 'comfortable' and commit.
How to run IT like business? Sigh...
